Job summary

King's Insurance Staffing is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative to support claims across Arizona. You will manage indemnity and medical-only files, including higher-exposure litigated cases, from investigation through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have deep Arizona WC knowledge, strong investigative, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to work with injured workers, employers, providers, and attorneys. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Arizona Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Arizona WC regulations and claims practices.
• Arizona Adjuster's License preferred.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-exposure claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims, including complex and litigated files.
• Complete thorough investigations to determine claim facts, coverage considerations, and compensability.
• Evaluate claims in accordance with applicable Workers’ Compensation statutes and jurisdictional requirements.
• Develop claim strategies and continually evaluate next steps to move files toward timely resolution.
• Coordinate medical treatment and review medical documentation and related expenses.
• Calculate and issue appropriate indemnity and claim-related payments.
• Establish and adjust reserves based on exposure, claim developments, and anticipated costs.

Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative to support claims throughout the Arizona region. This position is responsible for managing a diverse inventory of indemnity and medical only claims, including higher-exposure litigated files, from initial investigation through final resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical Workers’ Compensation knowledge, experience handling complex claims with minimal oversight, and a solid understanding of Arizona Workers’ Compensation regulations and claims requirements. This individual should be comfortable communicating with injured workers, employers, medical providers, attorneys, and other parties throughout the claims process.

Salary & Benefits

• $40.00 - $45.00/hour (depending on experience)
