Mercy Health is seeking an Office Coordinator for the Occupational Health Clinic. The role blends administrative and clinical duties, supporting coordination of care, documentation, and reporting within the occupational health service line.
Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, billing collaboration, and ensuring proper records for referrals, screenings, and tests. A High School Diploma is required,Associates degree preferred, with 2 years of related experience.
This role will support both administrative and clinical duties in the occupational health service line. They will provide operational support through coordination of care and ensure required documentation and reporting is achieved. This position plays a key role in the coordination of various occupational health services including, but not limited to, drug screening, substance abuse testing, workers compensation assessments and beyond.

BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association required
BAT, DOT Urine Drug Screen, PFT, Hearing Conservation, Medical Coder preferred
High School Diploma required
Associates Degree preferred
2 years of experience in industry or an office or medical environment preferred
SYSTOC Electronic Health Record preferred
OSHA recordability, access to care, obtaining authorization, Workers Comp Preferred
Hair, Saliva, DOT Urine and BAT Collection Preferred

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
