Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Site Supervisor for an urgent care clinic to oversee staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing processes, and customer service. The role requires leadership experience, BLS, and familiarity with EPIC/Docutap/Experity systems.
The ideal candidate will manage staff schedules, assist in interviews, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a patient-centered environment across multiple facilities as needed.
The Site Supervisor will assist in managing operations for an urgent care clinic by managing staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing processes and customer service as well as maintaining a safe, positive work environment.

BLS Basic Life Support (required within 90 days of hire)
Maintain current licensure/certification if applicable (MA, ED Tech, ED Tech Advanced) (preferred)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
2 years experience in healthcare setting (required)
Electronic Health Record – EPIC, Docutap or Experity (preferred)

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age, specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in departmental policies and procedures.
Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
