Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking entry-level team members to join our Chandler, MN production facility. This full-time role involves working in a fast-paced environment to perform a variety of manufacturing tasks and maintain quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a GED or equivalent and are willing to work overtime, including weekends. The position offers an hourly wage in the stated range and opportunities for growth within a growing food manufacturing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of products.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Packing, general labor straighten, and count to specification.
• Monitor and/or assists in identifying foreign materials.
• Notify supervisor/line leader of abscess (if applicable).
• Comply with all GMP policies and procedures Adhere to all Safety Policies and procedures.
• Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions as needed.
• Must be able to tolerate a non-temperature controlled environment with very cold/hot conditions.
• Work in various areas of production of the plant as required by production demands
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.

Work Environment:

• Production areas have moderate to loud noise levels.
• Production areas are temperature controlled, which may include cold or hot environments.
• You may be required to work overtime, which may include Saturdays, or the possibility of working in another department as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work within temperature-controlled environments (Heat/Cold)
• Walk on slippery wet surfaces.
• Hand/eye coordination.
• Handling (holding, grasping).
• Seeing/depth perception.
• Walk/stand 100% of shift.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Occasionally required to reach at/or above shoulder level.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motions and movements throughout the scheduled shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
