Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking a Workday Senior Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will help drive the day-to-day configurations, design, testing, training, and post‑production support to meet client goals.

You will work with diverse teams, travel up to 40%, and contribute to multiple client projects, leveraging your Workday experience and strong communication skills to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Workday Technology, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Workday or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist with full life cycle implementations and cross-team collaboration.
• Identify business requirements, design functionality, map processes, prototype, test, train, and define support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
