Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Workday consulting experience.
• Experience with full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle Workday implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing; ensure quality deliverables.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users and provide post-production support.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and meet billing targets.
