Grant Thornton (US) seeks a Workday Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will work with the team from day one to help clients achieve their vision and drive transformations confidently.

You will document requirements, design, configure, test, train end users, and provide post‑production support while traveling up to 40% to serve national clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related consulting experience with cross-industry exposure.
• Experience in full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with integration, data connectivity, and Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations incl. planning, design, build.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure Workday applications and conduct unit testing.
• Create training materials and user adoption guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-production support.
• Collaborate in pre-sales activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Travel up to 40% as needed and meet billing utilization targets.
• Lead meetings and produce technically oriented documents.
