Job summary

PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency team seeks a Manager to lead transformation efforts using Workday and other ERP platforms. You will guide risk and control assessments, governance, and IT controls during large-scale digital transformations for clients in diverse industries.

You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery excellence, applying SOX compliance and best practices to strengthen client outcomes and assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital assurance/audit.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and controls during transformations.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams in risk and controls assessment during business transformations.
• Guiding clients through implementation of large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
• Analyzing interactions between system components to optimize processes.
• Owning project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Coaching teammates to leverage strengths and develop skills beyond comfort zones.
• Utilizing IT General Controls and ERP security knowledge to enhance client journeys.
• Reviewing work to deepen team skills and promote continuous improvement.
• Upholding professional standards, including SOX and audit guidance.
