Job summary

PwC is seeking a Digital Assurance & Transparency- Workday - Manager to drive client transformations using Workday and other ERP solutions. You will lead delivery teams, ensure governance and risk controls, and guide clients through complex digital implementations.

You will coach colleagues, manage budgets, and advocate for innovative practices while upholding professional standards across engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 4 years of experience in digital assurance or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead teams in risk and controls assessment during business transformations.
Guide clients through implementing large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
Analyze interactions between system components to optimize business processes.
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
Coach team members to leverage strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones.
Apply IT General Controls and ERP security knowledge to client transformations.
Review work to deepen team skills and promote continuous improvement.
Address conflicts and engage stakeholders to resolve issues.
Uphold SOX compliance and audit guidance; promote innovative solutions.
