Job summary

PwC is seeking a Digital Assurance & Transparency - Workday - Manager to lead client transformations using large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle. You will assess risk and controls, guide governance, and ensure reliable information for stakeholders.

You will coach teams, manage budgets and delivery, and uphold professional standards including SOX guidance while embracing innovative solutions to enhance client service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 4 years of experience.
Experience with large-scale digital solutions (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of IT General Controls and ERP security.

Responsibilities

Lead teams in risk and controls assessment during business transformation.
Guide clients through implementing Workday, SAP and Oracle.
Analyze system interactions to optimize business processes.
Own project planning, budgeting, execution and completion; manage conflicts.
Coach team members to leverage strengths and develop skills.
Uphold professional standards including SOX guidance.
Promote innovative solutions to improve client service.
