Job summary

You will coach teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure SOX and audit standards are upheld throughout transformation journeys. Strong leadership and client-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital assurance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in risk and controls assessment during business transformations.
• Guide clients through implementation of large-scale digital solutions (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Analyze interactions between system components to optimize processes.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Coach team members and develop their skills.
