Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to shape the HR technology roadmap, with a focus on compensation and payroll. You will translate business needs into a clear product vision, collaborate with HR, technology, and vendor teams, and drive value across the organization.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for HR tech products, set OKRs and success metrics, and deliver customer- and employee-focused outcomes through agile, cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five years' Workday HCM Compensation and Payroll experience.
• Experience managing Workday Compensation and Payroll products and vendor integrations.
• Ability to develop and execute product strategy, vision and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs.
• Define product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features and drive delivery.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for HR technology products in compensation and payroll.
• Engage COEs to shape strategy and align roadmaps with business goals.
