Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston is seeking a Workday Time Tracking Administrator to configure, administer, and support the Time Tracking module. You will ensure accurate time capture, payroll readiness, and policy compliance for hourly and salaried staff.

You'll own project-based time tracking design, partner with HR and Operations on allocation and reporting, and drive process improvements while maintaining clear documentation and a focus on payroll accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Workday experience in a post-implementation support environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking module.
• Strong understanding of time tracking configurations and calculations as well as payroll processes and dependencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Time Tracking including templates, schedules, rules and validations.
• Support hourly and salaried populations with time capture and project-based time.
• Design and maintain time tracking frameworks for salaried employees and internal reporting.
• Own end-to-end design and governance of salaried time tracking for projects and operations.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on allocation structures and reporting hierarchies.
• Develop controls to ensure time entry completeness and consistency.
• Improve user experience and balance data capture needs with burden on employees.
• Coordinate payroll readiness and validate time calculations with Payroll.
• Troubleshoot time entry issues, discrepancies, and workflow problems.
• Drive adoption of salaried time tracking and provide manager/employee training.
