Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant to support global ERP delivery initiatives. The role focuses on configuring Time Tracking, managing BP changes, and ensuring seamless integration with Payroll and Absence Management.

You will engage with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders, lead project planning, and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Time Tracking).
• Proficient in Workday Time Tracking configurations, rules, and integrations.
• Experience with Workday BP configurations, security, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning and stakeholder meetings with client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of improved methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks and embed quality planning in workflows.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
