Job summary

Hale International in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking Administrator to own the Time Tracking workstream after go-live. You will configure, maintain, and improve Time Tracking for hourly/non-exempt staff, with a focus on project-based time entry and accurate project allocation.

The role offers onsite work in Arlington or Houston with a relocation package. Collaborate with HRIS, HR and business partners to optimize processes and deliver insightful reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience with administration/configuration.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, including configuration and testing.
• Strong understanding of Time Tracking for hourly and non-exempt employees.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and reporting analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and configuration of Workday Time Tracking, focusing on project-based time entry.
• Maintain Time Tracking for the engineering function and provide visibility into time allocation.
• Manage and update project availability within Workday as projects/locations change.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Develop reports and data analysis to support Time Tracking and informed decisions.
