Sightline is seeking a Sightline Testing Team Sr. Software Engineer to assist in executing testing activities for the Workday platform, ensuring functionalities meet business requirements and quality standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating test cases, and documenting results. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn about Workday applications.

Required Skills & Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
Six years of relevant experience with computer systems and applications. Bachelor’s degree required; additional experience may substitute for education.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with full software development lifecycle, Workday certification or extensive experience.
Salary Range: $37.14/hour - $65.01/hour. Compensation reflects experience and role scope.
