Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Workday Technical Lead who can architect and build across Integrations, Extend, AI, and Data. You will partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable, well‑designed solutions and establish trusted engineering guidance across the Workday developer platform.

Lead design discussions, implement secure integration patterns, and mentor junior developers while advancing SNC's HR tech stack with modern tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
• Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Integrations, Security, Reports, and Business Processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design efforts for complex Workday initiatives, translating business needs into technical designs.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday solutions across integrations, Extend, RaaS, and APIs.
• Execute proactive monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations.
• Develop technical documentation including specifications, runbooks, and architecture decisions.
• Partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions to completion.
