Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on Workday technical experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Security, Integrations & Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes & data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise HR/People Technology ecosystems.
• Knowledge of security governance, SOX, GDPR, audit & compliance.
• Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Workday Integration/Security/HCM certification is preferred.
