Job summary

You will define the technical strategy, governance, security model, and integration framework, partnering with HR, Finance, Information Security, and external providers to ensure a scalable and compliant People Technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of enterprise technology experience, incl. 10+ years Workday tech roles.
• Strong expertise in Workday Security, Integrations, and Architecture.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and enterprise data architecture.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday platform health, governance, and security architecture.
• Define technical strategy, integration standards, and data architecture.
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and governance activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and external providers.
• Drive platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
