Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Workday integration consultant to lead deployments and coordinate design, development, and testing of the Workday integration code base. You will collaborate directly with clients to capture requirements and produce design documents, and manage third-party vendors as needed.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, extensive Workday integration experience, and the ability to drive quality solutions in a fast-paced federal environment.

Job Family: Technology Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and core connectors.
• Work directly with clients to deliver requirements and design documents.
• Develop and lead the development for quality Workday integrations.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as required to complete integration work.
• Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
• Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets.
• Demonstrate consultative skill and have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph. Bachelor's degree FIVE (5) or more years' experience implementing Workday ONE (1) or more years' experience with integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc.).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.
• Implementations involving deploying within a federal environment.
• Familiarity with Department of War or Intelligence Community customers.
• Experience working in HR environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
