Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financials Solution Architect to join our Workday Practice. You will lead hands-on implementations, run design sessions, capture requirements, and mentor junior consultants across projects.

Responsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support, with a collaborative, innovative team culture and a focus on customer satisfaction. Up to 50% travel and work-from-home/office flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with required Workday experience.
• Workday certification in at least two pillars.
• Experience with ERP software sales cycles.
• Experience executing projects within a structured methodology.
• Up to 50% travel; on-site support as needed.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of ELEVEN (11) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience
• Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least TWO (2) Workday Financial pillars
• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
• Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.)
• Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office schedule - consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have

• A proven role in at least five full Workday Financial implementations
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
• Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred
• Leading Foundation Data Model (FDM) design for state or local government

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
