Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is looking for a Workday Studio Sr. Developer or Architect to design and implement complex integrations using Workday Studio. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in Workday Integration Development and at least 4 years in Workday Studio. Key responsibilities include developing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Strong communication skills and collaboration with functional teams are essential. This role is based in Coppell, Texas.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and JSON.
• Experience in Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits integrations.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production.

Workday Studio Sr. Developer or Architect
Workday Studio – Paradox Implementation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio
• Develop and maintain integrations using:
  • Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Workday Web Services (WWS)
  • Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Build inbound and outbound integrations with third‑party vendors
  • Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and integration system security
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production
  • Manage integration migration across tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production)
  • Work closely with functional consultants, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with Workday security and data governance standards
  • Provide production support and enhancement activities

Skills & Qualification:

• 6+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development
• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Workday Studio
