Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence preferred).
• Strong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executives and end-users.
• Ability to influence decisions, ensure accountability, and coordinate project teams.
• Must work onsite in Brooklyn, NY (Monday–Friday).

• Maintain documentation covering workflows, processes, and best practices for scalability.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Workday deployments and business process optimization. Additional Information

Onsite role, Monday–Friday. Full benefits are offered upon permanent conversion. The position may convert to permanent after 3–6 months.
