Core Scientific in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator with deep Workday expertise to own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday environment.

You will partner with People, Payroll, and Finance to ensure Workday reflects the organization, integrates with other systems, and delivers reliable data and workflows. This role is on-site at our downtown Austin office.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience with Workday in production.
• Strong Workday HCM configuration skills and tenant maintenance.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP.
• Solid Workday security model knowledge and RBAC administration.
• Proven Workday reporting, dashboards, and regression testing.

Mansioni

• Administer and optimize the Workday platform, including configurations and releases.
• Manage core HCM/HRIS administration and data integrity across employee lifecycle.
• Design and maintain integrations with identity, payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
• Administer Workday security end-to-end and perform access reviews.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scheduled deliveries for stakeholders.
• Lead testing and validation for Workday releases and coordinate regression testing.
• Troubleshoot across configuration, integrations, security, and data issues.
• Document configurations and runbooks for supportability.
