Job summary

PEAK6 is seeking a skilled Workday System Specialist to join our People Tech team and manage the Workday HCM platform across multiple affiliates. The role offers hands-on work across Talent Acquisition, Performance, Reporting, and Integrations, with the freedom to explore beyond a single module.

You will partner with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, test new features, and maintain secure data access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience, including HCM.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer for custom reporting.
• Understanding of Workday security and data access.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (EIBs, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and improve processes.
• Evaluate new Workday features and recommend config improvements.
• Participate in Workday release testing, regression and UAT.
• Support Workday security administration and access control.
• Design and maintain Business Process configurations across HCM.
• Build advanced custom reports using Workday Report Writer.
• Support supervisory org structures and cross-affiliate hierarchies.
• Assist payroll and benefits teams with system changes and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and testing outcomes.
