Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO is hiring for a Workday/HRIS Specialist to configure and optimize Workday processes across Core HCM, Payroll, and more. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions.

The role includes reporting, data audits, integrations, and post-launch support. The ideal candidate brings Workday experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure system accuracy

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience required.
  • Foundational knowledge of Workday modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting, Security and Benefits.
  • Understanding of Workday release management processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication across HR, IT, and business teams.
  • Attention to detail to ensure system accuracy and optimization.
  • Experience building Workday reports using calculated fields and troubleshooting integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes, modules, workflows, validations, and notifications.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, IT to gather requirements and translate needs into Workday solutions.
  • Support Workday production operations: root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and reliable performance.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, data audits, and scheduled reporting.
  • Assist with Workday integrations, including EIB loads, monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in release management and governance activities, including documentation and post-launch support.
