Seeking a skilled Workday Supply Chain Technical Developer. This role involves the development and maintenance of Workday integrations in support of supply chain management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday, experience working in a healthcare environment, and a deep understanding of supply chain business processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating Lawson and Workday ERP systems with GHX Marketplace and a strong understanding of EDI transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between the Workday Supply Chain modules and third-party applications to meet business needs.
- Create integration programs between Workday and third-party applications using Orchestrate, EIB, Extend and Studio [candidate skills to align in that order of preference]
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Workday SCM and third-party applications to include Visiant, GHX Marketplace and more
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and accuracy of developed integrations.
- Participate in unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for custom integrations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and other IT team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development with a focus on Supply Chain modules is a MUST.
- Proven experience in a healthcare environment is a VERY STRONG PLUS
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday and other integration tools to include (in order of preferred skill) Orchestrate, EIB, Extend, Studio.
- Familiarity with Lawson and GHX system data structures a VERY STRONG PLUS
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
