Job summary

The ASPCA Finance Department is seeking a Supplier & Expense Operations Specialist to govern supplier master data and onboarding in Workday. This hybrid role requires one on-site day weekly at an ASPCA location in New York and offers a range of benefits and professional development opportunities.

You will lead supplier maintenance, support expense programs and corporate card administration, and coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Treasury to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience with supplier management and expense management experience required.
• 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier setup, maintenance, and governance activities in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and maintain existing records.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of supplier data.
• Support Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury on supplier inquiries and issues.
• Assist with Business Expense, Travel and Corporate Card programs and related policy compliance.
• Support audits and process improvements to strengthen data quality and controls.
