Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Financial Spend configuration experience.
• Workday implementation or project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design sessions with clients.
• Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions.
• Support and guide junior consultants under architect leadership.
• Mentor junior team members in the FINS practice.
• Support leadership and contribute to internal initiatives.
