Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist – Workday in Valhalla, NY, with 3+ years in sourcing and strong Workday experience. This is a 100% in-office role with standard business hours and a compensation range of $40-50/hr.

You will drive RFx events, manage contracts and MSAs, onboard suppliers in Workday, and collaborate closely with AP and legal to ensure seamless source-to-pay processes and spend optimization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, corporate procurement, or supply chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Spend Management.
• Strong understanding of upstream sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFx events (RFI/RFP/RQ) within Workday Strategic Sourcing with bid analysis.
• Author and centralize MSAs and SOWs in Workday, linking pricing to POs for AP.
• Manage Workday supplier network, vet credentials and risk before onboarding.
• Use Workday Spend Analysis to monitor contracts and identify cost saves.
• Collaborate with AP Manager and legal to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflows.
