Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Workday Solutions Architect specializing in Talent, Performance, Skills, and AI to design scalable Workday capabilities that support HR strategies and enhance employee experience.

You will lead architecture for modules like performance management, talent succession, skills taxonomy, and AI-enabled experiences, define roadmaps and governance, and translate business needs into secure, scalable designs while partnering across functions in a hybrid role based in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with BS/BA or 6+ years with MS/MA/MBA.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, especially Talent, Performance, and Skills.
• Experience implementing Workday AI capabilities and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong technical architecture, process design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for modules including performance management, talent succession, skills taxonomy, career development, learning, recruiting, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance models for AI agents.
• Translate business needs into technical, functional, and security designs.
• Oversee release impact assessments, and evaluate new Workday innovations.
