Job summary

Sandisk is hiring a Workday Solution Architect to oversee Workday projects, review requirements, and guide the implementation. You will work with HR, IT, security and partners to ensure changes are designed and deployed correctly.

In this role you will supervise configuration, security, reporting, integrations and business process changes, ensuring scalable, secure solutions and strong governance for updates and releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Workday HCM.
• Understand Workday processes, security, reporting and integrations.
• Experience supporting Workday projects, enhancements, or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements for Workday projects and enhancements.
• Assess impact of new requests across Workday and related systems.
• Recommend best practices and implementation approach.
• Guide the business on how to use Workday effectively.
• Oversee Workday configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and changes.
• Collaborate with data flows, APIs, and system connections teams.
• Partner with security teams to design proper roles and access.
• Support design, testing, deployment and production support.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure Workday solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to support.
• Provide governance and oversight for Workday updates and releases.
