Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to manage the HCM-focused platform lifecycle, including configuration, reporting, and integrations across HR, PATT, Finance, and procurement.

The role also supports Workday Student in collaboration with Registrar and Financial Aid offices. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset to serve students, faculty, and staff within a higher education setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in analytical, business, or technology fields.
• 2+ years administering Workday (HCM, processes, reporting).
• Knowledge of higher education business processes in HR/Finance.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools and designing requirements.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate needs into Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and modify Workday business processes based on design and policy.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create and deliver Workday reports and dashboards for end users.
• Support Workday integrations with campus systems and partners.
• Manage releases, testing, and change management for semi-annual updates.
• Provide secondary support for Workday Student modules and relationships with offices.
