Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Finance Technical Analyst to join the Business Services team.

The role focuses on reporting, analytics, system configuration, testing, and ongoing support for financial and student systems, with emphasis on Workday Financials and related modules. You will partner with end users, sponsors, and IT to improve end-to-end processes, deliver meaningful dashboards, and ensure data integrity across finance and student systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible financial reporting experience.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems supporting finance, payroll or student systems.
• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting, analytics and financial system support for Workday Financials.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and enhancements for Finance and Student systems.
• Support end-to-end business processes and data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with users, sponsors, and IT to document requirements and implement improvements.
