Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Search).
• Write and tune SQL/SnowSQL to transform data into curated Snowflake layers.
• Architect MicroStrategy metadata and objects for self-service reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards and scorecards across Workday, Snowflake, and Research systems.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Participate in Workday release cycles and perform regression testing.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across integrated systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow development standards.
