Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and dimensional modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Search).
• Write and tune SQL/SnowSQL to transform Workday data into Snowflake layers.
• Architect MicroStrategy metadata and schemas for self-service reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards and scorecards across Workday, Snowflake, and Research systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and design docs.
• Regress Workday reports during bi-annual releases and ensure stability.
• Validate data and troubleshoot report-related integration failures.
• Document reports and adhere to development standards and change management.
