Job summary

NJIT is seeking a Workday & Snowflake Report Developer to design, build, and maintain reports across Workday, Snowflake, and related systems. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, develop advanced reports, and deliver robust, scalable solutions in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Workday reports.
• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Search).
• Write and tune SQL/SnowSQL to transform raw Workday data into curated layers in Snowflake.
• Architect MicroStrategy metadata, schemas, and objects for self-service reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards and scorecards across Workday, Snowflake, and Research systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into specifications.
• Perform regression testing during Workday bi-annual releases and ensure stability.
• Validate data and reconcile across systems; maintain documentation and standards.
