Covenant Living is seeking an Applications Engineer to serve as security architect and administrator for Workday HCM, Payroll, Purchasing, and Finance platforms. You will manage access controls, build integrations, and ensure secure, efficient reporting aligned with organizational strategy.
The role combines functional and technical duties, partnering with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, HR, and IT. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years with Workday are preferred, with Workday Pro Certification a plus.
We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us! The Application Engineer position serves as security architect and administrator for Covenant Living’s Workday HCM, Payroll, Purchasing, and Finance platforms. This role is primarily responsible for supporting and managing the role based access control, policies, and configurations used to manage access to data and functionality within the Workday platform. Responsibilities also include designing, building, and testing the data connections between the Workday ecosystem and third-party systems. The Applications Engineer serves as a hybrid functional–technical partner to Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Human Resources, and IT, ensuring Workday role compliance, vendor integrations, and reporting structures operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Workday Pro Certification (Security, Reporting, Procurement, or relevant functional area)
Pay Range: $84,459.00 - $126,687.00 per year
