Job Summary: Primary job position: The Workday Security Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and administering security controls and role provisioning within the Workday platform. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Workday Security and is expected to stay current on security-related enhancements, releases, controls, and best practices. Position expectations: Provides expert-level design, configuration, and technical leadership for HR systems security and multiple functional areas. Leads complex security-related projects, system enhancements, testing, deployment, and reporting efforts. Serves as a strategic advisor on Workday capabilities, governance, compliance, and best practices to support a secure, scalable, and well-controlled HR technology environment.
