Huron is a global consultancy enabling strategic growth, innovation, and transformation for clients. Senior Associates lead client-facing projects with heavy emphasis on data analysis, project management, and presenting actionable insights to clients, while also mentoring Analysts and Coachees.

The role requires Workday expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to serve client needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
