Kainos is seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement of cloud-based products for global customers. You will work with clients to understand requirements and design commercially viable solutions aligned with Workday configurations and business objectives.

Formación

• Strong understanding of Workday products, including HCM or related capabilities.
• Experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting, business analysis or quality assurance.
• Proven track record leading complex customer-facing engagements and delivering defined outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Smart Product implementations ensuring scope, timelines, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Shape customer requirements and provide clear recommendations for Smart Audit and User Access Review.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Smart Product within each Workday configuration context.
• Manage customer relationships, set expectations, communicate progress and risks, escalate when needed.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to enable customer self-sufficiency.
