Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant in the United States to lead the implementation and adoption of cloud-based Workday-aligned products for global customers. You’ll own customer relationships, define delivery scope, and guide teams through coaching and knowledge sharing to ensure successful outcomes.

You will apply product and domain expertise, drive workshops, and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to release features and improvements while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday products, especially HCM and related capabilities.
• Extensive experience in SaaS implementation and technology consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, customer-facing engagements.
• Excellent consulting skills: presenting, workshops, demonstrations, and complex functionality explanations.
• Strong customer management, expectation setting, and risk handling abilities.
• Sound commercial judgement: scope, estimation, utilization, delivery risk, and outcomes.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery – Own successful delivery of Smart Product implementations within scope, timeline, quality and commercial expectations.
• Understand and shape customer requirements – Lead discovery, identify use cases, and recommend adoption strategies for Smart Audit and User Access Review.
• Apply product and domain expertise – Articulate product functionality, benefits, dependencies, and limitations in each customer’s Workday setup.
• Manage customer relationships – Build trusted stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, communicate progress and risks.
• Enable customer self-sufficiency – Deliver training and knowledge transfer on configuration and usage.
• Drive continuous improvement – Identify and implement improvements to delivery methods, tools, docs and processes.
• Collaborate across the business – Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales to feedback and roll out features.
• Develop team capability – Coach and mentor juniors, maintain training materials, coordinate onboarding and upskilling.
