Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and adoption of cloud-based Workday products for global customers. You will manage customer relationships, guide delivery outcomes, and coach junior colleagues across engagements.

You will work with customers to design viable solutions aligned with Workday configurations, participate in discovery, and drive continuous improvement across delivery methods, tools and training.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday products and configurations.
• Experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting or similar engagements.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer-facing projects and manage scope, risks and outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and ability to explain complex functionality.
• Strong customer management, expectation setting and issue resolution.
• Commercial awareness including scope, estimation and delivery risk.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery – Own successful delivery of Smart Product implementations within scope, timeline, quality and commercial expectations.
• Understand and shape customer requirements – Lead discovery, identify use cases and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Apply product and domain expertise – Articulate functionality, benefits, dependencies and limitations in each Workday configuration.
• Manage customer relationships – Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, communicate progress and risks.
• Enable customer self-sufficiency – Deliver training and knowledge transfer on configuration and usage.
• Drive continuous improvement – Implement improvements to delivery methods, tools, documentation and processes.
• Collaborate across the business – Partner with teams for feedback and rollout of features and fixes.
• Develop team capability – Coach and mentor juniors, maintain training materials, coordinate onboarding.
