Job summary

Insperity seeks a skilled Workday Reporting & Integrations specialist to design and optimize complex Workday reports and integrations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions and manage the full lifecycle from scoping to post-implementation support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Workday reporting/integrations, with certifications (Reporting, Integration Core, Workday Studio) preferred and strong SQL/XML skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, business analytics, HR technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Workday reporting and integrations, preferably multi-client/enterprise environment.
• Workday certifications in Reporting, Integration Core, and Workday Studio strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports.
• Familiarity with EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, Orchestrate, Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in SQL, OQL, WQL, XML, XSLT, and object-oriented data structures.
• Experience creating integrations via Workday Orchestrate.
• Experience with data governance, security roles, and privacy compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and optimization of Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Owns end-to-end lifecycle of reporting requests from scoping to post-implementation support.
• Architects and implements Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
• Maintains integration documentation, version control and audit trails.
• Collaborates with IT, data engineering, and vendor teams to troubleshoot integration workflows.
