Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to lead transformation work and support ongoing production activities. You will drive the optimization program within the Workday Practice and oversee project streams from assessments through deployments, ensuring solutions meet client needs and security requirements.

The role requires strong hands-on Workday experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with Workday.
• Up to 25% travel with possible on-site milestones.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments.

As a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager at Guidehouse, you will:

• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments
• Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master’s degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferable in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with NINE (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support
• A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Workday Public Sector experience preferred
• Current holder of an active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications
• Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
