Job summary

Invisors is seeking a PSA Senior Consultant to work with clients, delivering on projects and mentoring newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the PSA workstream, solving complex problems across industries and contributing to internal growth and process improvement.

In addition to client work, you will help develop Invisors' business, participate in internal projects, and be an active part of the team responsible for driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday PSA Financials and/or 2.5-5 of relevant experience (record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, etc.)
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Workday PSA skills and project/industry experience; lead client meetings.
• Run discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects.
• Lead a workstream including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components.
• Direct the activities of consultants under guidance of an architect.
• Mentor lower-level employees and support supervisors and leadership.

About this Role

As an Invisors PSA Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver on projects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, serve clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of the PSA workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Senior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects internally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

An Invisors Financial PSA Senior Consultant must:

• Demonstrate Workday PSA skills as well as project and industry experience and can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance.

• Can run discovery sessions for a Workday PSA Financial project.

• Leader of a workstream. Inclusive of tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components

• Deep knowledge of their workstream and can estimate effort/scope for that workstream.

• Direct the activities of consultants associated with their project under the guidance of an architect.

• Show core Workday skills and project/industry experience that enables them to facilitate client requirement meetings.

• Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees.

• Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked.

• Contribute to the internal goals of Invisors

Relevant skills and experience:
