Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a skilled Workday Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking and Absence Management. You will monitor integrations, resolve production issues, assist business users, and ensure smooth operation of Workday apps in a production environment.

The role requires troubleshooting incidents, performing RCA, and supporting Workday releases, enhancements, testing and deployments while

Qualifications

Experience with Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management) in production support.
Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors) and third‑party interfaces.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Workday applications and integrations.
Monitor and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, and system issues within SLA timelines.
Troubleshoot integration failures involving EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and external systems.
