Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Workday consultant to design and configure Core HCM and Compensation modules for complex client environments. You will lead workshops, translate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions across security, reporting, and deployment phases.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end testing cycles, support bi-annual Workday updates, and provide tier-3 functional assistance to Jade Global’s AMS clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of hands-on Workday functional implementation or configuration support experience.
• Deep proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework, Security Rules, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday Core HCM processes, staffing models, job profiles, and security groups.
• Set up and execute complex compensation components including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and review statements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate HR requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
