Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead design, implementation and optimization of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling solutions. You will partner with Finance and FP&A teams to translate strategic plans into scalable, automated models within the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.

Responsibilities include model design, data integration, governance, reporting, and training to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active official Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
• Minimum 3+ years implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting and reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning models.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop reports, dashboards and templates for executive reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and manage integrations with external ERPs and HR/CRM systems.
