The role requires 8+ years in Workday or related fields, strong leadership, and a track record of cross-functional delivery in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Workday, HR tech, enterprise apps, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Deep Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and platform operations.
• Proven experience leading implementations, transformations, or optimization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Workday engineers, integration developers, and platform specialists.
• Own delivery and operation of Workday capabilities across modules.
• Define and execute the Workday platform roadmap with stakeholders.
• Promote platform reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead large-scale implementations, enhancements, releases, and transformations.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Oversee capacity planning, performance development, and career growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into tech solutions and outcomes.
• Champion automation, innovation, and AI-driven improvements.
• Serve as trusted advisor on Workday capabilities, architecture, and trends.
